Q: How do I register for 'Invite Only' events?

Submit a complete registration form to be considered for Invite Only events. Please note that your

submittal does not guarantee admission. You will be notified via email to confirm your registration or

be informed that a match was not found for your company.

Q: What are the event costs/fees?

All Chicago MED Week Workshops and Forums are FREE. However, pre-registration is required.

Tickets are available for the Awards Gala. Company checks and credit cards are accepted. To

purchase tickets please follow instructions at the bottom of the registration form.

Q: When does registration close?

August 11, 2009 is the last day to register for Workshops and Forums. Gala Tickets may be purchased

through August 14, 2009 (if available).
